Durga Temple is just one year old and still growing! Our primary goals are to serve our community and recognize our dedicated volunteers. This Mother’s Day 2025 was especially meaningful, thanks to two of our wonderful volunteers, Preeti ji and Rinku ji, who became first-time parents. The true hero of this special day is their son, Kabir, born on March 12, 2025! Congratulations, Kabir, you are truly blessed to have parents like Preeti and Rinku. This memorable Mother’s Day began with a Sunder Kand recitation, followed by delicious food and the distribution of beautiful gift bags. It was a truly joyful celebration for everyone. Preeti and Rinku, while parenting doesn’t come with a manual, rest assured! We have many experienced parents and grandparents in our community eager to share their wisdom (whether you ask for it or not!). As the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and our dedicated volunteer team at Durga Temple is always here to support you.
